MADE AT DESIGN WEEK PORTLAND, 2016
Join MADE’s Bo Hagood and a multidisciplinary panel of local designers and craftspeople for a Design Week Portland (DWP) conversation on the intersection of design, craft, and business. Then, return for a closer look at MADE’s showroom and production studio at DWP’s SE Open House crawl. MADE will be on hand for questions or walkthroughs and refreshments will be at the ready to keep you rolling on your DWP crawl.

CRAFT AND DESIGN: THE MERGING OF CONCEPT AND EXECUTION
This panel invites you to an interactive DWP discussion on the intersection of design, craft, and business with some of Portland's sharpest makers and design minds. Moderated by John Hoke, the panel will explore the early stages of the creative process as well as design refinement, blending modern design with traditional craft techniques, production strategies, and more.

Summer Love Solstice Dance Party
In FLOCK fashion, it is time to gather and DANCE! On June 22nd, we will celebrate 4 years of FLOCK and burn up the dance floor to usher in summer’s radiance. A fresh selection of DJs will provide the summer sound waves and FLOCK will take over DISJECTA’s courtyard and Flex Space so that we can shake it all over the place! Refreshments and sustenance will be available to keep us going into the wee hours.
